  寫得有點悲慘的故事,而且我不會用英文寫「玻璃娃娃」,不過玉梅很喜歡這篇作文,謝謝她的鼓勵,改完以後還幫我多加一分,所以輸了一杯飲料~

When I was in senior high school, I had a classmate who couldn't walk by himself. His name was Joe. He told me his bones were fragile like glass. At first, I helped him out of pity. I was very careful not to hurt him. Two months later, we became good friends. One day, we had to go upstairs to the laboratory. His wheelchair was too heavy to be brought upstairs. Our chemical teacher had asked us not to be late for the class, so I put Joe on my back and went upstairs quickly. He was too heavy for me to walk steadily. Unfortunately, Joe fell down to the ground. I was shocked, and Joe was dead before sent to the hospital.
Joe’s parents rushed to the hospital. I cried sadly and said sorry again and again. They told me that they wouldn't forgive me. A week later, I was in a court. I was sentenced to pay Joe’s parents two million dollars. But my family couldn't make ends meet, not to mention paying the money. My parents made a plea to Joe’s parents, and my classmates also told them I just wanted to help Joe. They forgave me in the end. I was taught a lesson that I would help others only if I really could do it.
